Joining a dating website. The perils of being scammed
I joined a very well known travel dating website this week and immediately the scammers set to work sending me their fake emails begging me to get in touch. The dating site provides you with a couple of free messages of live chat with anyone on there before cutting your conversation off in its prime and asks you to top up your credits by giving them your credit card details. I've had some very nice chats mainly with Chinese women but the scammers are very easy to spot as they send you their email addresses straight away with no questions asked. One recent one, said in her/his message, " , I was flattered but I had to check it out on the scammer busters blog page before I replied and low and behold the same message and email appears on there as a warning to others.
